Incompetent, useless and seriously needs to find a job that is not Customer related.Try tell her her company does not get back to and she will hang up and be rude to you . Pathetic useless incompetent butch. Lorraine won't bother to give you insurance quotes and passes on and..does not get back to ! Nether the company she passes on to. A mortgage company that does jot even want to discuss a mortgage deal either. Pathetic butch avoid !

I've Recently brought a property and unfortunately my original mortgage didn't come through and I was really stuck. so I was calling around i come around Darryl and in my opinion is an absolute diamond who has a real passion for his job and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a mortgage suitable for my needs. Had been given a mortgage in principle by Darryl dhoffer went a viewed houses for him to tell me the next day I hadn’t advisedhim I was married with children err absolute rubbish I had a conversation with him whilst he told me the mortgage was agreed in principle about my wife and children he said everything is fine the next day he emailed me to ask am I married and do I have children when I repeated to him I’ve already told you this he denied all knowledge absolutely clown

DO NOT USE! I was lead on for months that I would get a mortgage after paying thousands of pounds, only to be told that I have bad credit! This is untrue as I have a 900 credit score! I was dealt with by a gentleman called Ryan, he is a con-man and treated me as a third class citizen. BE WARNED! Do not waste your time and money
