Plenty of parking opposite. I used the ultrasound facility.

Visited the ultrasound clinic and my experience has been brilliant with the staff. A true demonstration of person-centred care throughout my time there.

I saw my GP on the 7th August and he suggested I have an ultrasound scan on my kidneys which he would arrange.Two days later, I had 'phone call from the ultrasound clinic to ask if I was available the following day,at 1.45pm.They followed this up with an email giving full details,plus a map of how to find them,and explaining where I could park for free.Although I was kept waiting for a few minutes, in under 40 mins I was back in my car and on my way home. Today,14thAugust, a letter arrived from them explaining that they are reviewing the results and will contact me again once these are known. This was achieved in exactly ONE WEEK from when I first saw my GP ! Very impressive service.

Had a scan. Staff very friendly

My Dad was going to be having a n X-ray on his kidneys. Nothing terrible, we arrived just about 8.50,free Parking area,was told to me by a Security guy 👦. We then went into Endeavour House. Opening time was 9am, it was past 9am,but nobody at the desk,with a security door 🚪, that wouldn't open,unless permission was granted. So I had to use some controls,make a call, speak through a microphone, not very well displayed I thought 🤔. Got in ,then was promptly told off 🤔 because we were too early. Somebody else also arrived just after, they were early to,nothing said to them..... Anyway my Dad had is investigations done. A very good service from that side, Thank you. A couple of hours later my dad was told to Make an appointment with his doctor for results. Waiting ✋ for the Appointment.

Ample parking easy access especially for people with disabilities..
