Friendly efficient service. The first attempt at dealing with the wasp nest was not 100% sucessful (quite rare apparantly) but they came and finished the job shortly after I called to inform them of this. Satisified customer here.

As A resident in a small block of 3 flats we had rodent ingress into the ceiling areas with scratching noises etc that could be heard in the dead of night. So on behalf of my Landlord I contacted BTP who very quickly sent out Adam who went around the whole block and gave me a detailed list of the work that needed to be completed before traps etc could be put into place as Adam also took me around the building to show me all the possible points that rodents could and would ingress into the ceiling area of the block. I forwarded this on to my Landlord who I left to action the points that need fixing. I would highly recommend calling on BTP for any pest problem you may have. The BTP team have been fantastic, they jumped straight to assist my dad with his pest control problem! We could not fault them, from Claire and Simons kind help and great organisation skills from the start to Ricardo attending onsite and talking my dad step by step through the whole process not to mention the funny banter the two of them had on each visit! I have called BTP 3 times to help out with wasp issues. They have been incredibly prompt and helpful each time. The first visit they established I didn’t have an actual nest but tried to help remove and deter and give advice regardless, and on a return visit when I was convinced I still had a problem, they returned without complaint and tried to help again. The third visit then helped again by supplying traps to help with the problem which isn’t easy when it isn’t a full blown nest to remove. Each visit was by Conor Hollis and he was such a friendly and helpful guy, he was a pleasure to have visit our property, and is obviously very passionate about what he does and in helping people out. Thanks Conor and also to Claire who was helpful and prompt with emails and phone calls.

To my distress I found damage from possible mice in my under stairs cupboard and was recommended to contact BTP. Conor arrived promptly and surveyed the area for signs of mice, he quickly found the issue and treated it as required. Since their visit I have had no more issues and received advice of how to prevent them returning in the future. I would like to highly recommend BTP. From the office staff taking my initial call, calming me down to the technician (Conor) who came to my home, I can only say that i found them professional and reassuring that my pest issue had been dealt with however they also reassured me that I could contact them if needed in the future.
