I was referred here by my GP for an ultrasound and was pleasantly surprised with how fast they booked me an appointment for. When I arrived each team member I was greeted by made me feel comfortable. I felt safe throughout the whole experience which I was originally quite nervous about. I would 100% recommend this clinic to family and friends.

I have visited the practice a few weeks back after experiencing terrible pain in my lower right side In my stomach. I have booked an appointment for a pelvic and upper abdomen scan, which was not cheap , just to be told that everything seems fine and it “ might be an appendicitis” - quote. That comment had made me really upset and I’m still experiencing unknown pain with no answer for it. Also asking for my results to be send to my personal email so I can review them and I have never received them, even after a numerical reminder to the clinic.

This was my first time at the ultra sound clinic and I can't fault them in any way. Everyone was so friendly. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the scans. The lady that did the scans was really nice. Would definitely use them again if needed, rather than go to the hospital.

All staff were very friendly and professional. Everything was explained fully throughout my scan and I was made to feel comfortable. I would definitely use this clinic again if needed.

My appointment at The Ultrasound Clinic was a great experience. The building is beautiful and meticulous, and all the staff were lovely and ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend them for their service.

I cannot praise the team at The Ultrasound Clinic enough. Real professionalism and huge care was shown on my visit. It’s everything that you could ever want from medical practitioners but, unfortunately, do not always receive . Thank you so much everyone.

I have had multiple scans in my life however this one was the worst experience so far. Rude and unprofessional African lady, too many unnecessary rules and movements that you have to follow for some unknown reason, don't sit here, don't do this etc. Made the whole experience unpleasant and humiliating. Had to wait for my turn over 20min past my appointment time with a full bladder which was horrible. Secondly, I got asked about when was my first day of last period and I had to check my phone to find it, got yelled at immediately to put my phone down even tho she could clearly see that I'm not recording anything and checking the app. Really, cmon! Would not recommend at all, even in Eastern Europe you got better customer service than there. They do so much better at Luton &Dunstable hospital.

Not good service. Be careful if you give a deposit and the treatment is not done due to being misinformed in the first place Before I booked an appointment, I was told by a member of the staff that an ultrasound can be done on my knee after explaining my problem. On arrival, I was asked to pay the balance which I refused. I normally pay the balance after the treatment. When I explained to the doctor that I have a weakened cartilage. He said that I need an MRI.Then he added that my deposit will be refunded. However, when I spoke to the manager. I was told that the deposit is non refundable. However, after consulting the doctor, she refunded me as a gesture of good will. What a joke. As one can imagine, this is not good practice. 😐

Got there in the hopes of just getting an external pelvic scan, however both the doctor and the assistant made me feel relaxed and assured me that an internal one will provide more information. Which was absolutely true. Barely felt anything and it was quite fast as well. Would certainly recommend them, especially women that are scared or have anxiety with tests like smears etc.
