Would give 0 star if I could. I called regarding a Mercedes and on the phone it all went well. Next day I confirm the appointment, and started to make our way there with my friend. 2 hours driving to get there! 25 min away I received a call they the car is actually in another location and he can't get hold of the guy who has the keys. When we got there the dash was off the car the interior was in peices. absolutely wat of time, never had this bad experience in 10 years in the UK.

I have bought two cars from Euro Uk motors over the last few years. I have been more than happy with both of them. I have found Panos to be be extremely helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend his company.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but...... Things started well enough, the car we wanted looked great on the website and seemed to be perfect for us, i.e. big reliable, Japanese 4x4 and not too expensive. Being in France meant we couldn’t inspect it personally, but Panos seemed like a trustworthy chap in the many messages and emails that were exchanged. So we popped over to the uk and he delivered it to the south coast. All seemed okay, but two days later it broke down twice. A local mechanic eventually thought he found the problem; we fitted an expensive part and headed back to France. It broke down 6 times en route! Efforts to fix it here have failed. Panos wanted to wash his hands of things, so paid us to go away, rather than do the right thing and take it back and fix it. If I had not discovered yesterday that all the tyres, despite having okay tread, are 11 years old, I probably wouldn’t have bothered writing this. I thought it’s handling wasn’t quite right in the wet. So, make sure you have any car thoroughly and independently checked. Don’t take the chance I did and just have it delivered. I suspect the problem was known prior to delivery. Sorry Panos, but we still feel poorly treated and hardly done by.
