Once I had navigated my way through the sections, it was easy to use and a lot less stressful than completing most application forms. Whilst I hope not to need this service again, I am delighted that my details will now be saved for future reference to take the time out of applying again. Why on earth it has taken so long for this to become 'a thing', I will never know! However, I am very grateful for it!

Very easy system to use, updates/prompts were timely and much appreciated. My only minor issue was a couple of the key buttons were rather small - maybe could be a little bit bigger but other than that it was great.

The interface is easy to navigate, quick data transfer between app, texts etc. and it is very well coordinated. The process is long because they get you to do everything that needs to be done in one go so you don't have to do bits here and there but once it's done, it's done. Very happy with how my application went. Oh and I got the job!!

I found using the system easy and the timeline an effective way to keep track of where the application was up to. Information is kept up-to-date and provided me with prompts when a new message appeared. Would happily use MyNewTerm again in the future.

Excellent online system to use for completing online job applications. Very user friendly and easy to use. You can save all your personal details such as qualifications and job history etc. Therefore, saves you time in having to complete this information again for other job vacancies. You are notified on every stage of the application process from submitting your application, to shortlisting and interview. This can be via text message or email. A really impressive online application process.

Applying via MyNewTerm was a really easy process where everything is completed and submitted in the same place. You are given updates on the status of your applications, as well as being able to send and receive messages directly with the employer. I was also grateful for the reminders for interview dates via email & text and a really thoughtful message to wish me luck on the day of interview. I was fortunate to be offered the role i applied for and MyNewTerm even gave me a congratulatory message. Really lovely personal touches that give you an added boost.

I would have left a review even if I would not have succeeded in getting a job offer. I just loved the way MyNewTerm actually looks after the individual candidates needs.
